Since joining our operations team in 2018, Taylor loves digging in to the details to help ensure responsive and timely strategies to client issues. With several years of customer service experience under her belt, Taylor takes ownership of the considerable paperwork and information-gathering required for new client onboarding, account opening and maintenance, transfers and money movement, and follow-through on client requests. Taylor also is responsible for enhancing our team’s presence on social media.

Taylor has achieved the Wealth Management Specialist designation, completing the rigorous coursework involving the critical concepts around financial planning and wealth management, to better assist our clients. She is also a 2020 graduate of Leadership Blair County, making her the third graduate from our office. She also serves our office as a PA Notary.

She is a graduate of Penn State Altoona with a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Marketing and Management. Taylor lives in Hollidaysburg with her husband Matt, her daughter Claire, and their four dogs, Max, Kodiak, Ruby, and Marlin.
