The friendly voice you hear when you call our office belongs to Terri, who strives to make all clients and guests feel welcome and comfortable. She believes that client service starts at our front door, or with your first phone call. Terri is responsible for scheduling client appointments for the financial planning team, maintaining the daily calendar, and helping our office run smoothly. She joined our team after more than twenty years as an administrative assistant at a local law firm, and she intuitively understands that being helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, proactive, are key to earning our clients’ respect and trust. She brings warmth and enthusiasm to our front office and is ready to assist you.

Terri, who lives in Altoona, attended the Altoona School of Commerce. She and her husband, Mike, enjoy spending time with their two adult children and two grandchildren. She is also an avid runner and fitness enthusiast who has completed four marathons and has competed in many other races both in and out of the area.
